DISINFO: Zelensky bought Hitler's villa
SUMMARY

On December 22, 2024, a contract was signed in Munich, according to which the Kehlsteinhaus was sold to San Tomaso SRL, a company registered in Italy. This company is known to manage the foreign real estate of Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The price of the transaction: 14.2 million euros.

This is an example of fabricated material.
One of the original sources of this claim is a Telegram channel and a publication on the previously unknown website Aktuelle Nachrichten in Deutschland ("Current News in Germany"), presented as "German media". Aktuelle Nachrichten in Deutschland appears to be a false media that follows the familiar pattern exposed earlier in the Operation False Facade.
Most of the site’s content consists of translated articles from the Kremlin-controlled RT, StopFake reports. Additionally, the internet archive shows that the domain was created on December 14, 2024. This means that at the time the “sensational news” about Zelensky was published, the site had existed for less than two months.
The claim that Zelensky the Eagle’s Nest is false. The official website of the Kehlsteinhaus lists the the Berchtesgadener Landesstiftung, a foundation under public law with legal capacity established by the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior in agreement with the State Ministry of Education and Culture and Finance with deeds dated 6 August 1960, as managing the estate.
The purchase and sale agreement, a photo of which is provided in the publication, is unlikely to be authentic, The Insider found out. The "document" was allegedly certified by a notary office in Regensburg. On behalf of the seller, it was signed by Petra Schmidt, head of the Regional Real Estate Office of the administrative district of Upper Palatinate, to which Regensburg belongs. But Hitler's former house is located in Berchtesgaden, which is another administrative district - Upper Bavaria with its center in Munich. It is impossible to understand on what basis the agreement could have been signed by an official from Upper Palatinate. The most of the information in the pretended sale agreement is hidden.
In order to justify Russia's invasion of Ukraine, pro-Kremlin media relentlessly accuse Ukraine of nazism. In this effort, fabrications with swastika are regularly used.
This is not the first time that pro-Kremlin media have attributed Zelenskyy with purchasing historical relics related to the Third Reich. In December 2023, it was falsely reported that he had purchased a villa that Hitler had once given to Goebbels. And in October 2024, pro-Kremlin media wrote about the purchase of Hitler's limousine by Zelensky, and to plant this information they used the a fake publication and a doctored picture.
