DISINFO: US aims to create a universal biological weapon
SUMMARY
The United States aims to create a universal biological weapon that can destroy to pursue its military goals. For this purpose, Washington is strengthening its medical-biological activities worldwide, collecting genetically modified viruses. The funding for the development of biological weapons was increased by the United States in 2001. However, the U.S. also acknowledged "violation of the Geneva Convention is a crime," so they transferred the management of biological safety to the Ministry of Healthcare.
Last year Russia raised the issue of the United States' biological research facilities and demanded an international investigation into this matter. However, this request was not accepted by the UN Security Council.

This is a recurring conspiracy theory alleging that the United States develops biological weapons around the world, consistent with the Pro-Kremlin disinformation campaign against biological laboratories in Kazakhstan, Armenia, Georgia, Ukraine and other countries.
