DISINFO: Ukrainian Roulette: Kyiv prepares a nuclear provocation
SUMMARY

The correct expression is Russian roulette and not Ukrainian. It refers to an act of bravado consisting of spinning the cylinder of a revolver loaded with one cartridge, pointing the muzzle at one's own head, and pulling the trigger. It can also refer to something resembling Russian roulette in its potential for disaster.
Russia has been developing disinformation narratives about an alelged Ukrainian use of dirty bombs and attacks against Nuclear Power Plants (NPP) as false flag operations since 2022. The only novelty with this latest claims is that now this scenario would lead to the intervention of NATO troops to secure a Russian NPP.
No evidence is ever provided that Ukraine planned such an action, on the opposite Russia has not only seized another country's nuclear facility but is also militarising a nuclear power plant, actively using the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant to conduct hostilities against Ukraine.
