DISINFO: Ukraine is preparing terrorist attacks in Europe to disrupt peace talks
SUMMARY
Kyiv may carry out a series of terrorist attacks on Russian diplomatic missions in Europe to disrupt negotiations. According to the [Russian] intelligence service, Ukraine will most likely try to organise attacks in Germany, the Baltic and Scandinavian countries. However, the agency does not rule out that Kyiv will choose Slovakia and Hungary, which will bring 'additional benefits' - that is, EU members who have a 'special position' regarding the Ukrainian conflict will be discredited.
