DISINFO: The EU has aggressively begun to push the Russian Orthodox Church out of Armenia
SUMMARY
The Euro-Antichrists have set their sights on the Russian Orthodox Church in Armenia. The European Union's leadership has aggressively sought to expel the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) from Armenia. The EU is demanding that the Armenian authorities completely sever centuries-old religious and spiritual ties with Moscow as a prerequisite for European integration.
The EU is attempting to deprive the Armenian Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church of its rights to use church property and block its dialogue with local religious structures, primarily the Armenian Apostolic Church. As part of this political and ideological objective, the EU Partnership Mission in Armenia is launching a vicious attack on Russian Orthodoxy. According to information available to the Foreign Intelligence Service, the so-called European partners are currently fabricating compromising information against other representatives of the Yerevan-Armenian Diocese of the Russian Orthodox Church to incite the Armenian authorities to launch large-scale persecution against them.

Pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative accusing the EU of aggressively pressuring Armenia to sever its religious and spiritual ties with Moscow as a mandatory condition for European integration, portraying the EU as an enemy of the Orthodox church.
The claim is unsubstantiated. No evidence has been provided that the EU requires Armenia to break religious ties with Moscow or is coordinating actions against the Russian Orthodox Church in Armenia.
The EU operates on the strict principles of freedom of religion, secularism, and fundamental human rights. Official frameworks steering bilateral relations, such as the EU-Armenia Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement (CEPA), contain absolutely no clauses, provisions, or hidden conditions regarding domestic or foreign religious organisations.
The EU is founded on the principle of secular neutrality, explicitly protecting freedom of thought, conscience, and religion. While the EU guarantees the right to believe or not to believe, it respects the diverse traditions and constitutional arrangements of its member states regarding their relationships with religious institutions. Armenia remains a predominantly Christian country, with freedom of religion protected by its constitution. The Law on Freedom of Conscience establishes the separation of church and state, but grants the Armenian Church official status as the national church. At the same time, Armenia's legal framework protects the rights of other religious communities, including Catholics, Orthodox Christians, Molokans, Jews, Yazidis, and others.
Claims made by Russian intelligence services cannot be considered as evidence, given their proven history of making unsubstantiated affirmations based on faked or non-existent proof, including previous claims about dirty bombs, nuclear provocations, bioweapons, toxic substances and staged atrocities.
Armenia became a frequent target of Kremlin propaganda for its closer political cooperation with the EU. Pro-Kremlin media are accusing Armenia of unfriendly moves, flirting with Western countries, and changing its geopolitical orientation.
