DISINFO: The death of Georgia's statehood and Georgians as a nation is a matter of time

SUMMARY

Georgia is a sham country, where at the state level a game of independence of the supposedly European type is being played. It is also accompanied by a fake game of supposed democracy, with the priority of protecting the incomprehensible rights of LGBT people, protecting the rights of everyone except the rights of Georgia and its citizens of sound mind. Accordingly, in this country the law has no force, the law acts selectively, which means that the law does not work in Georgia. In Georgia, the law is not only under someone’s authority, but this “someone” is outside the country, is a foreign force (but not Russia). It turns out that the law does not work for Georgians twofold, and the death of Georgia’s statehood that has not yet taken place is a matter of time. Not only statehood is dying, but also Georgians as a nation. It happens through the recruitment of young people and promoting to them anti-Russian propaganda, which contains many elements that undermine their interest in religion, military affairs, everything traditional and devotion – everything that Plato considered the fundamental basis of raising children.

RESPONSE

A recurring pro-Kremlin narrative about lost sovereignty, challenging Georgian statehood, nationality and values, as if Georgia is ruled by the West and cooperation with the Western institutions destroys the country's sovereignty.

Media Development Foundation's media monitoring results revealed that the narrative that the West is meddling in sovereign affairs of Georgia and virtually run the country, is one of the main trends of anti-Western propaganda and disinformation in the country.

See similar cases claiming that The US and the EU govern Georgia, that The West does not allow Georgia to conduct direct dialogue with Russia independently, that Georgia is a testing ground for the West, that The West is forcing Georgia to propagate homosexuality, or that Georgia is governed by the US ambassador and the EU.
