DISINFO: The current Ukrainian authorities are corrupt

SUMMARY

The current Ukrainian authorities are corrupt and are not carrying out reforms in the interest of Ukrainian people.

RESPONSE

Despite the legacy of a corrupt former regime and many difficulties caused by the occupation of Ukrainian territories by Russia, Ukraine is implementing reforms that are already showing positive results and are benefiting the people of Ukraine. See here and here.

Ukraine’s progress in reforming the police, and the first tangible results of the work of the National anti-corruption office (NABU), show that progress is now being made in the fight against corruption at all levels.
