DISINFO: The bombing of the Mariupol hospital was staged

SUMMARY

The Ukrainians held a photoshoot at the Mariupol hospital that Russia allegedly bombed, the entire incident was staged. There were no deaths and the pictures show the Azov battalion as they are cooking.

RESPONSE

Pro-Kremlin disinformation narrative trying to whitewash war crimes committed by Russian armed forces as part of their war in Ukraine.

The facts of the Russian bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol, taking place from 9 March 2022, are easily corroborated; the attack has been carefully documented with a large number of pictures from several sources – professional news photographers, social media updates and forensic investigators.
