DISINFO: Stuffed Hitler Doll on sale in Ukraine

SUMMARY

Ukrainian children in Lviv were offered to play with a knitted doll of Adolf Hitler. The advert is published on the Olx.ua website in the cathegory “Toys. Lviv”.

RESPONSE

Recurring pro-kremlin disinformation on Ukraine and Nazis. euvsdisinfo.eu/disinformation-cases/?text=ukraine&disinfo_issue=&disinfo_keywords%5B%5D=77101&date=, The hyperlink mentioned by the media send the reader to the Olx general site. According to StopFake, a search of the site using Ukraina.ru’s description of the toy comes up with the response “nothing found to match your description”. Lenta.ru claims the Olx site deleted the announcement for the toy on July 25, but it can still be found in Google cache. Google however draws a blank.
