The presented message is a manipulative one. The project Rail Baltica itself is evidence of the EU's support of the integration of the Baltic states into common European infrastructure. Rail Baltica is a key EU infrastructure project to link Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and indirectly Finland with a new European gauge fast conventional railway. It is part of the EU's North Sea-Baltic TEN-T corridor. Rail Baltica is financed by the EU as well as by Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. There are some delays in the implementation of the project (see more information here) but the full Rail Baltica route should be completed by 2030.
