DISINFO: Neo-Nazi Europe seizes property from Russian Jewish anti-fascists

European Nazis have seized the property of Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov just because he is a Jew and an anti-fascist. It is not surprising that the Europeans have robbed Jews again. It is the most common and natural step of European Nazis.
RESPONSE
This is a recurring disinformation narrative from pro-Kremlin outlets accusing the West of being Nazi and anti-Semitic. This claim was made in the context of Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine. This trick seek to divert attention away from Russia's responsibility for atrocities commited in Ukraine.
Commenting on the confiscation of his property in Italy, Russian propagandist Vladimir Solovyov said during his TV show on 26 April 2023: “I am a Jew and an anti-fascist. Should I be surprised that European Nazis took away my property from me and imposed sanctions on me? This is the most common and natural step of European Nazis. Has anything new happened in the history of the Jewish people? The Europeans have robbed the Jews.”
In reality, the EU has imposed sanctions and restrictions on Solovyov and some other Russian key propagandists and individuals because of their active and important contribution to undermining the territorial integrity of Ukraine including their of support for Moscow’s war of aggression against Ukraine. It has nothing to do with his ethnic or religious origin.
Several villas belonging to Solovyov have been confiscated in Italy. Solovyov’s rhetoric during his shows is far from being anti-fascist. He and his guests propagate hate speech against Ukrainians, entice violence and regularly call for Ukraine to be destroyed in the most brutal manner, preferably with nuclear arms. Appeals are often made during his shows for the use of weapons of mass destruction against Ukraine's Western allies.
