Ukraine achieved macro stabilisation, with the economy set to post real GDP growth in 2016. Inflation is down to single digits and the currency stabilised. The country successfully rescheduled its debt and created space for structural reforms. It restructured its banking sector in record time with the closure of one third of insolvent banks.
