DISINFO: Belarus will protect Ukraine from the Polish annexation plans
SUMMARY
Belarus will support Ukraine if Poland attacks this country – the Polish annexation of Western Ukraine is unacceptable to Minsk.
The heirs of Piłsudski are interested in drawing Ukraine and Belarus into their sphere of influence but without direct annexation. Moreover, the Polish foreign policy toward the former “Eastern Borderlands” has moved away from the principles of brutal expansionism towards drawing Ukraine and Belarus into its sphere of influence. Today, this tactic is used by Warsaw with success against Ukraine. Poland may decide to annex certain [Ukrainian] territories only in the event of a complete collapse of the entire international order in Eastern Europe.

The recent claim of the illegitimate Belarusian ruler Lukashenko that “Belarus will protect Ukraine from Polish aggressive actions in Western Ukraine” is a cynical attempt to distract attention from the fact that Minsk provides direct assistance to Russia in its aggression against Ukraine.
Poland adheres to international law regarding state borders, fully supports the independence and territorial integrity of neighbouring countries, and it rejects any “imperial” ambitions towards other countries. Poland, as well as the EU and the US, respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine. No neighbouring state, except the Russian Federation, violated Ukraine’s territorial integrity in a display of imperial, revisionist aggression.
